Each person may operate only one account. If a single person is found to hold multiple accounts, all of them will be permanently closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited. Members of the same household may maintain separate accounts using different devices and payment methods, but must inform goldbet in advance.

2.2 Account Verification

5.2 General Bonus Terms

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members will receive cashback on their weekly net losses. The cashback rate increases by tier from Bronze to Diamond: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Cashback is calculated once per week and is credited as a bonus.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will be accepted before the designated time. goldbet reserves the right to accept or reject any bet, particularly in situations such as technical issues, incorrect odds, or event cancellations.

6.2 Event Cancellation and Results

• If an event is cancelled in its entirety, the original stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.

Participation in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

• Attempting a cyber attack or hacking against the goldbet platform.
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details.

9.1 Voluntary Closure
